Abstract

The pursuit of stability in terms of gender and environment in India necessitates an integrated understanding of gender equality and environmental sustainability as mutually reinforcing legal and socio-economic imperatives. By examining the emphatic role of women-led eco-friendly enterprises in advancing environmental sustainability while simultaneously promoting gende


justice. The Constitution of INDIA mandates both gender equality and the right to have a clean environment. It analyses how women entrepreneurship contributes to resource conservation, and ethical production. The women led economic sphere is not mere economic equity but also accompanied with a social and sustainable approach. It further deals with how policies complement it and what ought to be there. Stepping into a gender inclusive eco-friendly approach is what the global goal of international organisation is.


The study underscores the time for gender equality with environmental sustainability through mechanised legal framework, incentive-based policy measures, and institutional support for women-led green entrepreneurship. It is a holistic study which depicts the watershed in the coming modern era. Amalgamation of these two socio-enviro factors works like a single antidote of two disabilities of the society.
