Abstract

In today's expeditious moving world, organizations are often prioritizing innovative strategies to enhance employee performance and well- being. This article focuses on the emerging trend of bio-hacking within the realm of Human Resources, concentrating especially on how it may be used in collaboration development exercises. Bio- hacking means self-optimization and performance enhancement through technological interventions for implications and adaptability to HR practices. The study aims to provide a basic understanding of how these techniques can be adapted to enhance collaboration development, which helps to increase employee well-being and which leads to the path of organizational success. This study introduces the concept collaboration development 2.0, a transformative approach that leverages strategies to foster resilient and high performing teams. This study uses qualitative methods to gain knowledge on Bio- hacking and provide recommendations regarding strategies for Collaboration developments in an organization. As organizations continue to navigate the complexities of the work culture, the insights gained from this research provide a foundational understanding of how Bio-hacking can be used to increase collaboration development and performance enhancement to attain organizational goals.
